Deborah Wright had a successful career in a Fortune 100 high-tech company. After retirement, Deborah founded Wright Media to continue her work in Event Planning and Project Management. Her experience in event and project management, and general business management skills enables her to provide these skills to the VOSH-California and VOSH International teams. As a person who was born with extreme myopia, Deborah knows what it is like to not be able to see clearly. When she went on her first VOSH trip in 2002 to Chihuahua Mexico she was "hooked" and wanted to help the VOSH California team in anyway she could. Deborah has been the Trip Coordinator for many VOSH trips and is working on projects that help create sustainable eye care in developing countries. She is also a proud member of the Hermosa Beach Kiwanis, Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce and is President of the Hermosa Beach Sister Cities Association.
