Dr. Kovin Naidoo, Associate Professor at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa is President-Elect of the African Council of Optometry and is the Global Program Director of International Centre For Eyecare Education Africa.

Dr Victor Connors, Past President of the AOA and the World Council of Optometry is Chair of Optometry Giving Sight in the USA

Dr. Doug Horner, Associate Professor of the Indiana University School of Optometry is the faculty advisor to the student VOSH organization and is the main force behind establishing a 4th-year clinic rotation in Guanajuato, Mexico.

Also on the agenda will be reports on the VI Nicaragua Project and the presentation of the VI Humanitarian Award to Dr. Ed Tuhy Sr, President of VOSH-Arizona
